We have over 20 years of experience in the assembly of media-carrying hose systems for medical applications. We produce, for example, over 2 million customised hose systems using 20 different types of silicone, PU and PVC for a global healthcare enterprise to support with dialysis, hospital and outpatient care. Depending on the specific client requirements, we carry out the assembly process either manually or automatically for any material, measurement and batch size.

We are open to everything. Due to our highly skilled staff and product-specific assembly workstations, we are able to produce hose assemblies for the medical technology sector according to any client specification. We also manage the procurement of all required components. Thorough pressure and leak testing is just as much a part of our service as the detailed documentation of quality testing to ensure 100 percent traceability.

In the area of device assembly and completion of products for the medical technology sector, we offer OEMs a complete assembly service for their products, from batch sizes of 1 to series production. Certified specialist staff and fully equipped manual workstations enable us to carry out even complex assembly work in the shortest possible time and to the highest standards of quality. At the client's request, we can also carry out electrical and mechanical functionality testing with appropriate documentation.

In addition to simple mechanical assemblies, we are also able to assemble complex electromechanical functional assemblies for medical devices such as operating tables and chairs as well as automatic device positioning and other applications. As a system service provider, we also leverage the capabilities of our group partner BRUNNER ELECTRONIC to produce customised PCBs for ready-to-install assemblies. Assembly is carried out both manually and semi-automatically in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
